Registering a Dragon 88 account is free and open to all individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Dragon 88 platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately upon detection.
• Location Restriction: The Dragon 88 platform is restricted to users accessing from Malaysia. Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographical restrictions is a violation of these terms.
